How to end 'Disconnected' session?

I am remoting into a server running Server 2008 from my PC running Vista with a 64 bit OS.
One of the programs I'm running on the server insists that there is a second session running simultaneously so the program is locked.
I need help locating the 'second session' in server 2008. I went to the Terminal Services Manager and looked at sessions and found:
SESSION              USER                  ID           STATE                   TYPE
Services                Disconnected                                            Disconnected
Console                                            1             Connected        Console
RDP-TPC#0         Administrator         2            Active              Microsoft RDP
listener                      listener       65536         Listen               Console

After hours of research, it looks like I have to modify the user sessions in local users. I CAN'T find where to access this in Server 2008.
Please help!
