xcopy error message - invalid number of parameters

Hello Experts!

I am trying to copy a complete folder from drive d: to drive i: (local drives) and retain all security rights.
I keep getting error "invalid number of parameters".
I followed instruction from Microsoft's Article ID: 323007 but I keep getting the same message.
Below is the issue (paste from my cmd)
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator.TJP>xcopy d:\Users Shared Folders i:\Users Shared Folders Archive /O /X /E /H /K
invalid number of parameters
