How to put Special DHCP Options into Cisco Router?

I need to enter DHCP options 176 and 242 into my Cisco router which will replace my Windows Server 2003 DHCP server. How do I enter the options circled in the attached JPEG into a Cisco router (model 851)?
The command must specify the identical information configured in Windows DHCP (as shown in JPEG).
