Connect iPhone to Exchange over 445 rather than 443

Good Morning.

We have a leased line with only one external IP.  443/TCP is needed for another application, so we need to find a solution how to change Exchange 2003 WebAccess, ActiveSync and all the other applications to another port.
I found hotwos on other forums which tell me how to change OWAs port.  I have not really done this yet, but it doesn't sound very hard to do.

Assuming that OWA is up and running on Port 445, how can I tell our companies iPhones to use this changed port?  The iPhone does not offer to supply a SSL-Port.

Has anybody done this before?

Thank you for help,
Ralph

Is it possible then to change only the external port to 445 and reroute it in the firewall to end up on 443?
Can I change the port used for SSL in the mobile device / iPhone?
