Adding multiple distribution groups using exchange management shell in Exchange 2007

I have a list of about 50 distribution groups I need to add to our Exchange 2007 server.
I was hoping to be able to use power shell to read a text file containing the aliases of the distribution groups and create them, so I would not have to go through the wizard 50 times.

hi,

Look at "Enable-DistributionGroup"
I'm sure you can google a script for it.

One more note.  Telling people to "go to Google" is not an answer.  Do you really think I havn't tried Google 30 times before take the to post a question on here?   Did you expect me to say "Google?!  Wow.  Thanks Yoda."?    If you are going to reference Google at least provide a URL to the search results, if not then don't bother posting an answer.
