I am a small one man band with a few customers that I want to support with remote assistance. &nbsp;I only need something simple where the customer is always on the phone as I give the support. &nbsp;Therefore I don't need to remote reboot etc.<br />

I have been using TeamViewer which is excellent but it is too expensive for my little business.<br />
