Can I restrict Internet access to certain times of day using Sonicwall?

I would like to be able to restrict Internet access to certain times of day (like just over a lunch hour for example.)  I thought about a way I could do it with Linux and a cronjob but in this case, I have a Sonicwall.  Does anyone have an idea on how to turn the Sonicwall's Internet on/off based on time of day?
