Problem with address lists in Exchange 2007

I had a user that was temporarily gone.  His mailbox was never deleted and his AD account was never disabled or deleted.  I did, nowever, in his Mailbox Properties within Exchange console check the "Hide from Exchange address lists", which did hide it.  He has now returned and I have unchecked the "Hide from Exchange address lists" and after 30 mins his information still isn't in the address lists.  Does anyone know the "amount of time" for the change to take effect and make  him visible again?  Is there a PowerShell function I can use to expedite this process?

I am awarding partial since all was correct.  Accepting amlife2000 as solution since his specifically updated as required for this moment.  Partial to endital1097 since I would not have known how to check to see if "online mode" was showing him or not.  Good Job and Awesome quick response!
