Is there any setting for a terminal server cluster that doesnt force reconnectst o the same server as the day before ?

How are these load balanced? If you are using NLB they should be connecting to the virtual IP of the cluster and if one of the TSs is dead they would go automatically to the second one.
What/How exactly are you doing this?

doing it just like that , however if one of the servers is dead/hung up and that was the last server they connected to. It doesn't go to the second one or third one or fourth one. they are pretty much stuck untill i reboot the server.
