VPN Connection plus NAP error

I am trying to connect Vista to SBS 2008. After I make the connection I am seeing from the server RRAS window "not NAP compatible". The Network Policies are shown in the picture below. My VPN connects, I can ping anywhere on the network but I cannot browse the network or more importantly, I cannot map a network drive.
The router is a Cisco RVS4000. I am not using the Cisco VPN client and I am connecting to the network from a location that uses a different subnet.

What am I missing?

Is the Cisco allowing both 1723 and the GRE protocols through for your VPN connection?

ASKER

Yes, both are allowed. Port 1723 as well as allowing PPTP, IPSEC and L2TP which covers GRE.
Does the VPN wizard run successfully?

Philip
From the SBS side, The RRAS/VPN wizard ran (through the SBS Console) properly with no errors or warnings. I only ran it once, I could run it again if that could help.

The company opens for business at 6:00 AM, this will wait until tonight at 1900
I ran the Fix my network wizard. it did find a couple of issues which it said that it fixed.
I could not get a Vista laptop tonight, so i tried a XP laptop. I still cannot map a network drive. I either get System Error 67 or System Error 85

The SBS network is on 192.168.2.x with the server being at 2.5. I have triple checked the subnet range and it is ok.
I can ping the server by FQDN or by address.
I personally don't have a vista laptop, so I am at the mercy of my customer. They want this fixed quickly, however, right now they are extremely busy in the office. I will get the laptop this evening and I will not need to return it until Tuesday morning so I am hoping to do more testing and hopefully fix it properly this weekend.
On Vista you will need to map via FQDN\Path.

Check the server logs for any hiccups in the authentication process too.

do you mean company.local\share or do you mean sbs.company.local\share
Should be:
  \\SBSName.SBSDomain.Local\ShareName

Or go root and get a list of the available folders.

I have engaged Microsoft on this problem. I expect resolution within a day or 2. At that time I will post the results.
