ASP.NET controls dont work on web server

I was hosting a website on a shared web server and everything worked fine. Then we decided to host the same website on a dedicated web server(VPS).

The VPS is a 64 bit windows server 2003.
I had to configure everything from scratch and enabled IIS to work in 32 bit mode.
I transferred the site and all the controls donot work. I can see the controls but nothing works.

Regarding the website:

Most parts of the website has been developed with devexpress components.

Please have a look at the new site

Old site

I thought that may be the problem is caused by the themes used so I removed all themes and formatting but still the same results.

Could someone please help me with this?

You need to publish/install the web site again in the 32 bit machine without precompiling or if it is precompiled it should target you VPS 32 bit.
You may be copying to your VPS a precompiled version that is targeting 64 bit on your shared web server.

Let me know what kind of deployment you have used:

Hi thanx for the quick reply.

I really have not used any complilation or anything. I have just copied the website from my development direcroty and pasted it on the VPS.

It used to work that way when it was hosted on a shred web server.

What do I do now.... Im really desperate.

But I dont understnad why this is happenin... its the exact same website which was working on a shared web server. When I transferred it I get the errors...

What do you suggest?
Did you set any project references in the original site?
It seems to have lost a reference to some 'ASPxClient'  Tools, whatever they are...

Lan
Can you check your original solution?
In your web site, do you have any dependent library (not the .net ones) that has be compiled with the platform target as x64? (It should be Any CPU)
You can check that by going to your library propect properties build tab.

Can you put some code snippets regarding your admin_login.aspx and cs?
I have not manually set any project references but probably the components I use from the third party developer ...devexpress....set the references automatically....where can i check the project references?
please change extension to .aspx...

the cs file just has some simple login script...nothing else
