In Citrix PS 4.5 get "Printer cannot be removed. Access is denied"

I have users who can't delete printers that they see in their own user profile.  Some they can, but others give them the error message "Printer cannot be removed. Access is denied". What do I have to do to get them to be able to delete printers inside their own user profile? All printers are setup exactly the same.  Everyone only has Print permission on the Security tab.

Are they attempting to delete printers in their current session? or are they running multiple sessions and trying to delete cross session?

There are some printer flags you can set via the registry in PS 4.5 which may apply.  Check out this link

They are only in one session.  The weird part is that some printers delete fine and others don't.

New Hybrid profile.
All networked printers
When I setup a new printer i go to the Advanced tab and set the driver.

I will ask our consultant about the User Profile hive Cleanup Utility. Thanks.
