Visual Studio Repair Fails

I haven't been able to open a project file visual studio 2008 team, I was getting the attached error as well as "The project file <file>.csproj cannot be opened." The project type is not supported by this installation." When I try to repair visual studio it almost works but fails towards the end. I've attached the log files as well.

Here's the setup crash info:
