my computer install windows 2003 it is database server no antivirus how can i protect some one use usbstick to connect to it i can not disable usb stick from bios for back up purpose

This will diable the USB Mass storage Device Only... you can use the USB mouse, keyboard... USB DVD Writer.. and all other NON Mass storage Device without any issue...
