Journal in SBS2008 exchange 2007

Good day,
I have a slight issue with my journaling, it works fine but not ideal. The MD of the one company has the journal mailbox added to his outlook to monitor all mails, even though it does its job there is one concern with the way it is displayed. when you view the mails and select one i.e. from a user "John" in the journal inbox, on the right hand side viewing pane it does not display the message body but instead has it as an attachment, when you open the attachment you can read the body. the MD is annoyed with this and would like the mails not to show as attachments but as per normal the way it is in his inbox.
