Outlook 2003 PRF File - Supress Popup?

We have configured an Outlook PRF file to auto populate a users Exchange setup automatically.

When the file is launched, we are receiving the popup "Outlook is about to import information into your E-mail accounts...Would you like to import the account settings" with a yes and no prompt.  I created this PRF file about a month ago and do not remember seeing the popup.  Is there any way to suppress this?

We would really like for users to have Outlook launch with the correct settings the first time the users logs on without prompts.  If you know how to suppress this popup, please let me know.
