Can I connect to an Access DB using MS SQL Server Mgmt Studio ?

Can I connect to an Access DB using MS SQL Server Mgmt Studio and pull the data into my SQL Express tables? This is the 2005 version of the software.

I was just curious if I could do it from the software...

This is just a one time thing to pull all the data that is currently in an Access mdb, into the same structure that was created in SQL Express...does this still pertain? I don't need a link that db other than the one time to upload data.
