Cisco 3750 Switch doesn't appear Network Assistant

I'm a neophyte to CLI. I'm trying to learn to use Cisco Network Assistant on my WAN. When I "Discover", my Cisco 3750 Switch doesn't appear. I'm thinking it may be because either the SMTP server of the HTTP server is not turned on, or both. The switch doesn't respond when I put it's IP into my browser either. I can get to it via Telnet, but I don't know what commands would enable it in my browser, or make it appear during Network Assistant's Discover process. attached is the show Config from it and I can see several things there that are wrong.
