I am looking for a solution for server failover. I currently have in my network. 2 Windows 2008 Domanint controllers, Exchange 2003 Std running on Windows Server 2003, Windows 2003 Server acting as a file server and several other 2003 server boxes. My home location where all the machines are is in Texas and we have a site in Indiana that we are going to use for DR. Many of the software out there for HA are only replicating volumes. I am looking for a solution that I could just point to another server. Such as outlook clients looking at exchange1 for normail opereration and then when an outage happens I could point them all to exchange2 in the DR location. Any thoughts?

Without using clustering, you need to look at products such as DoubleTake, NeverFail etc.

I didn't say Microsoft's clustering solution.
There is another one known as a Geo Cluster. However it is very expensive. For the money I would prefer to be looking at Exchange 2007 or 2010 which does have some WAN solutions.
