Hello,

I have a problem with one server and the remote agent.
Here is the error:
Job: "SVR-06 - 1. Daily Full Backup") SVR-06 - 1. Daily Full Backup -- The job failed with the following error: The Remote Agent Utility has not been configured with system credentials for database access. Add these credentials, and then retry the operation.

I cannot set the credentials here on the tab DATABASE ACCESS.
Can you assist me ?

Have you configured the remote agents service to start with the same credentials as you use on the backup server? Setting the remote agents service credentials to same as the backup server may help.

I configured myself.
It is very important to use the same user in the agent and in the mediaserver.
