I have an issue with a Cisco 2811 router where the router spontaneosly reboots.  I am see 1 problem in the Cisco 2811 under the command "sho ver"

When I run the "sho ver"
 I see this:
*************************************************************************************************
ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.3(8r)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

uptime is 5 hours, 8 minutes
System returned to ROM by error - a System Error, PC 0x413401FC at 06:19:56 CDT
Wed Oct 21 2009
System image file is "flash:c2800nm-ipbase-mz.123-8.T11.bin"
*************************************************************************************************
I have tried to research the "system error" and as near as I can tell it is a NIC driver issue.  But I would like some input as to what all of you think it is.

I know the software is old and image file is as well.  This client does not have support for this device, what I am trying to accomplish here is to determine if this is a hardware issue?

Any help would be great.

Thanks!
