All client computers on an SBS 2003 ( Premium Edition ) network are unable to browse the Internet, which has suddenly started occuring. All other email, file sharing and printing services are working fine.

When Internet explorer is opened on any computer, the following message displays:
403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202) Internet Security and Acceleration Server

There is a Microsoft article on this issue which suggests that running the Connect to the Internet wizard will solve this problem, but it doesn't in this case
( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842612 ).

Frustratingly this is just a simple small business network with a few computers that need to use Internet Explorer. How can this be simply achieved again! In this situation functionailty is the most important consideration with security second.
