"                           " 9153 error
server active sync 3033 error
MSExchangeTransport 7518 error
"                                  " 3030 error
MSExchangeIS       9548 warning
my DHCP and DNS server are seperate from this server. This server is our mail/ Exchange server. I am receiving calls periodically, 2-3 tymes daily from different people, claiming they either have there computer lock up while loading outlook or they will be asked again for a password and it wont work till it reboots, sometimes several times. Please help me get this solved ASAP...........

ASKER

no sir
look in your AD, in the users container is there  an "exchange domain servers" container and that the servername is in that group.
verify that the domain controller(s) are under the Domain Controllers OU
its not
the domain controler is where its suppose to be
mail server is not in the  " exchange domain servers"group

Error codes on their own are close to useless. Take a look at eventid.net to see how many different reasons there are for each code and how it is the text that is key.

Simon.
