Accessing DLL's config settings instead of calling application's config

I have a windows application that utilizes a class library (dll).  This library has it's own config settings.

The windows application also has a configuration file.

I need to access the config settings from the dll instead of the windows, app's.

It doesn't work like that. What you can do is put the dll config file in the bin of the executing file and load that.
