Forward a fax to another fax machine after receiving it.

I have an interesting situation involving faxing.  Basically I need to be able receive a fax and after receiving it forward it to another fax number.  Currently I receive faxes on a number of different multi function devices.  They receive the fax and forward it to an email address.

Ideally I would like to receive the fax in an email and then forward it on to another number.  I know my multifunction devices cannot do this on their own but I am open to any solution.  It could involve my phone system, my fax machine, outlook or a seperate hardware entity.  I also thought that maybe an internet faxing company could do this.  But I haven't been able to find one that describes this feature in their product info.

Any ideas?
