HOW TO FIX LAPTOP WHITE SCREEN???

I just change my laptop screen (New) and I only get a White Screen.
The laptop works fine with external monitor.
I believe the problem is in the ribbon cable.
So, where can I find the exactly one for my laptop and how to chang it.
Laptop: TOSHIBA P15 - S470.
XP pro

I already took off the ribbon cable.
I was looking for online for another one but I can not find it.
Does it has another name that I can do some online seach??

I contacted the company that sold me the screen and they will going to send me another one.
