SBS 2008 std RWW Internal Web Site button missing

I have a new deployment of SBS 2008 std.  I was not ready to take advantage of the Sharepoint site and for my initial launch, I decided to disable the "Internal Web Site" from the Remote Web Workplace.  Now that all of my email is migrated over and people are using the RWW, I would like to start using the Sharepoint for documentation and file sharing now.

Problem is, I have re-enabled the Internal Web Site in the SBS Console, but it no longer shows up in the RWW for ANYONE.  I have confirmed that the option is enabled in the user accounts to display this.  On the internal network, the sharepoint site works fine, but the button labeled "Internal Web Site" still will not show up.  How do I get this to come back on?

Thanks in advance for you help.

When you re-enabled it, did you go through the wizard?

Also, I have to ask, are you using IE to browse to it or another browser?

Yes, I did it through the wizard.  In the console it reports as online.  LIke I said above, it works fine for the people inside the network, but it doesn't show up as an option in the RWW.  I have tried both IE 7 and 8 and FIrefox.  Same result on all three.
Have you tried to forward two ports to your SBS on your router to enable RWW:

4125 (port used by RWW)

past that I would start looking at resetting the iis to defaults and restoring and custom work.
