Rights that matter are the Share right, not the ACT! rights. If admin is logged in the ACT admin can share database. If not, then the share database is grayed out. I DO NOT want to make her a domain admin so that she can access the ACT db correctly. How do I do it?

ACT Admin cannot share database

Act!
