I have two columns in Sheet1.  The first column has names and the second column has numbers.  I would like in Sheet2 to list all the names (in column A) from Sheet1 and their averages (in column B).  I'd like to do this in a macro:

Sheet1:
Name    Value
-----------------
Harry    1
Bill         3
Harry    3
Harry    2
Bill         1

Sheet2:
Name     Avg
----------------
Harry      2
Bill           2
