Hi All,

scenario;
3rd party have imaged and installed a number of machines on my domain with keyboard set up as en-us, this has infected my users roaming profiles and is spreading like wild fire.

Is there a way to reset all machines to en-uk?

There are a few examples within that deal with either using a login script to alter the current user's registry entry for the locale (withing the user's logon scrip it merges/replaces the existing setting). Or creating a custom template to be used in a GPO.

In your case, I think you could do the same thing with a startup script to reset the locale of the computer. Unfortunately, I am uncertain where the corresponding machine key is.

would i then need to make a log-off script to copy the current user profile over the defualt user one?

Not necessarily.  You could copy the default user settings from one workstation that is en-uk to the other.
You could login into the system upon imaging and change their regional settings as well as keyboard.  This what I am uncertain as to where the regional settings are stored within the local machine registry hierarchy.
A more direct approach would be to contact the third party and tell them that they set the wrong regional settings in the image.
