I have multiple users printing PDF's thru our Citrix server. They all use the Universal Citrix Print Driver which prints to their client machines Adobe PDF printer. It then asks them to select where they want the file saved, they fill it out, hit ok, and it creates the PDF. However, I have one user who cannot print thru Citrix to Adobe PDF. She can print thru Citrix to all her other printers, but not the Adobe PDF. She can also print locally (not via Citrix) to her Adobe PDF. When she tries to print via Citrix to Adobe PDF, she doesn't get the prompt for where she wants the file saved. However, the print job does show in her local Adobe PDF print queue. It gets to ~%95 done and errors out with the typical "Document failed to print" error.
Any advice would be appreciated. I'm fairly new to Citrix and am trying to work out all the kinks. Thanks
