I get a Microsoft Forms message whenever I click on an Outlook Calendar appointment (see screenshots).

I started getting this message after I had downloaded and installed the Plug In needed to run Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express. This software allows you to collaborate with one or more other computers to share your screen, allow someone to remote control your computer, etc. The homepage for this product is http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6533/index.html

There has to be a way that I can change my Outlook security settings so that this message won't occur whenever I click on an Outlook Calendar appointment.

How can this be done?

You can try clearing the forms cache.  GO TO
Tools -> Options -> Other(Tab) -> Advanced Options (Button under General) -> Customer Forms...(Button) -> Manage Forms (Button) -> Clear Cache
