Multiple recipent for one email account in Exchange 2007 / SBS 2008
I have a client that has an email account names orders@sample.com. We would like to have a total of three other users recieve the emails. What is the best way of accomplishing this?

The best way to do this is to remove the email address from a specific user and create a distribution group for sales and add the 3 users to the distribution group

Distribution group is a little easier on the admin side.
a mailbox account, will let the users manage the orders in a better way perhaps, ie. you can assign send on behalf rights, etc, and monitor the orders better so not everyone jumps on the order. it is more work to setup however.

Oh and you can also send on behalf of a distribution group.
