Create a common AD account with the inbox.  Then add the security rights to the users so that they can open that mailbox in their outlook client.

The best way to do this is to remove the email address from a specific user and create a distribution group for sales and add the 3 users to the distribution group
Setup a distribution group with the email address orders@sample.com and add the additional users to that group.

Distribution group is a little easier on the admin side.

a mailbox account, will let the users manage the orders in a better way perhaps, ie. you can assign send on behalf rights, etc, and monitor the orders better so not everyone jumps on the order.  it is more work to setup however.

If you want to create a mailbox that they all access then make sure you create the user using the SBS wizard in the console.

You can then assign the mailbox permissions in the Exchange Management console under Recipient Configuration > Mailbox right click the mailbox and select properties.

With 2008 you need to use the Exchange Console not Active Directory Users and Computers.

It depends what your requirements are.  My first post will distribute to 3 different recipients, this one will give you a shared mailbox.
