import it into internet explorer and the export it, fastest way

I am using the CertCreateSelfSignCertific<wbr />ate from the Crypt32.dll to create a certificate. &nbsp;When I do this, the certificate is in .pfx format. &nbsp;I need this to be in .cer format. &nbsp;Does anyone know which parameters to change to make this happen?<br />

CertCreateSelfSignCertificate to create .cer format
