Hi,

On outlook > File Import & Export > Export to a file > Personal Folder File (.pst) > Select Personal Folders (or depending on your requirement, e.g. Contacts and dont forget to tick Include Subfolders) >  Select the location where you want to save your backup > Finish.

Hope this helps.

Hello aloknet21,

Are you referring to the auto complete in teh address fields?  If so this is in the nickname file on teh origianl pc and nends copying over to the new one and naming to match the account.

Close Outlook on original PC and then search for the *.NK2.

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder, (Tools | Folders Options | View | Show hidden files and folders)
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook folder, (Organize | Folder and Search Options | View | Show hidden files and folders).

Copy it across to the new one.

That is the nickname file then and you need to copy that across as indicated above.
