Server 2003 DHCP strange server enteries

I have x4 DC's and only one of which (Primary) runs a small DHCP for PXE booting. I have noticed as per attached image the leases are running out all twenty of them with what looks like RPC server calls, I do not run any remote access and 90% of my 100 PC's use static ip address.

Suggestions please people, bloody getting on my nerves.

Thanks
Adam

Hi, No we don't
Well, maybe this is obvious to you already, but the first thing that DHCP can't see the MAC addresses of each device.  Every MAC that has problems is labeled as "RAS"  What kind of devices are these?
Smart8 and Smartfax are both my Server 2003 DC's Smart8 being my primary DC, GC and smartfax a backup DC
What is smartspc62?
It looks to me like they could be related.
And since DHCP can't uniquely identify each device, it's confused and doesn't know how to handle the leases properly.
I would check both of your DC Smart8 and Smartfax to ensure that Routing and Remote Access is not enabled.
if you open the Routing and Remote Access console from Start > Administrative Tools then right click on the server do you get a disable option??
SmartsPC62 is a dynamic normal XP PC, but why would two of my server which have fixed ip's be using the DHCP at all.?

Well, PC62 is definitely pulling its IP from DHCP.  Do you have dual NICs or can you confirm static is set?  Your main issue is still the fact that DHCP isn't able to see your other device's MAC address properly.  You may have to set those static.
If they truly are RAS devices then that is normal, but I thought you said these were ordinary PCs.  Maybe this will help:

Smartspc62 is a pc and thats DHCP is normal, Smart8 and smartfax are DC's and they have static IP's allready? Some service on these DC's is requesting / using DHCP address all be it they should not but i dont know why.?
have you checked to see if Routing and Remote Access is enabled as per my previous post?
Have you tried pinging those phantom IPs to see if they respond?  I would also try to file browse (\\192.168.0.171) and web browse (http://192.168.0.171) just to see if they show up with something.  Have you checked your event logs on Smart8 and smartfax to see if you can see any DHCP-related logs that might indicate what they're for?
i will try when it next creates a range of ip's, i clear the leases and a few hours or so later 3x6 will appear at once, i clear them and again a few hours later.

i will test and advise.
Have you checked the routing and remote access?
