we have a dfs file structure..a user tries to open a folder under \\\data but it takes about the following error:  " \\\data is not accessible.You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.The network path was not found(he had not problem before it was working before)).everyone has list folder content permission on it and everyone can reach this folder but he gets the error above..I have checked the dfs property for this folder and I see for this person;
Path :\\\data        active:No
but in everyone except this person;
Path:\\\data           Active:yes
and then I did the set Active but I get error..

what should we do?
