I'm trying to set up full text search on one column in one table. I think I've been through the steps in Enterprise Manager. Examining the "Full-Text Catalogs" I see my catalog and it has a "Last Population Date" of a few minutes ago. I've populated it a couple of times and the "Last Population Date" keeps being updated.

But when I run the query below I get an error message:
Msg 7619, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Execution of a full-text operation failed. The catalog does not exist or is currently unavailable. Please retry the action again later and if this symptom persists, contact the system administrator.

What is wrong?

This is all on my development XP workstation with SQL-2000 and SQL-2005.
