Attaching USB External Hard Drive to Slingcatcher

I have a Slingcatcher which is an excellent piece of equipment.I was able to attach a FAT32 formatted external hard drive to it and it worked fine for about a week. Now it won't recognize the hard drive. I scanned for errors on my computer - nothing. I reformatted it - no luck. The hard drive is 1TB so I thought it was the size that was the problem. However, I tried a 250Gig drive formatted to FAT32 (that's what Slingcatcher apparently needs) and still no luck.

As I said, it's a pretty cool device but not when the hard drive cannot work!

Have you tried to reset it??

Try to disconnect from power and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
