I'm having trouble with a GPO but I can't locate which one is causing the problem.  Is there a way to get a list/report of all GPO's who's settings are anything other that "not configured"?

You can do this by using "Group Policy Management Console", sometimes you will need to install this as it doesn't come pre-installed in the older Windows 2003 servers.

Also you can use the rspo.msc to list all enabled setting that are applied through group policy.

It's actually, RSOP.MSC and it is a great too also, but needs to be run on the client's computer.
