We are opening a small remote office that we'll have a DC/GC server in to facilitate logins and dns/etc.  We'd like the main file share from our file server at the main location replicated with a share on our server at the remote office.

Main office server - Windows Server 2003
Remote office server - Windows Server 2000

We'd like it set up so whatever is done to the remote office server file wise is replicated on the data center server.
