We had tried the different docking station previously. &nbsp;No change. &nbsp;Also tried updating video driver, chipset driver, and bios. &nbsp;It still gave a BSOD on undocking, but a new code. &nbsp;This time it was 0x0000008e (0xc------5, 0x0022a82d, 0xa72d8c64, 0x000000000)

Oddly enough, a day or so later, the user got a dialogue when undocking that they had not received previously asking if the wanted to save the new settings. &nbsp;And, presto, success!<br />
