I have a user who we cannot activate at all. The unit can browse the web make calls ect. When we try to activate it always timeouts. The mailbox is receiving the activation email but it just sits there never leaving the box. We have tried removing and readding the user we have tried another blackberry unit with the same result. This is affecting only this single user on our system of about 60 blackberry units.
