Is there a way to concatenate fields in an Access report?
I have 3 fields, city, state and zip - but I would like for it to appear on the report as Austin, TX  78735 instead of Austin     TX    78735.

Is there a way to do this?  I know how to do it in Excel using the concatenate function, but not in access.  The source data for the report is in a query.

If there is a way to put a rush on this question, I need to finish the report tonight.

Thanks for the help,
D

In a Text Box Control Source:

=[city] & ", " & [state] & "  " & [zip]

That is  ... a text box on your report where you want to display that.
