I am trying to use the Rmtshare utility to migrate some shares to a windows 2008 server.  The problem is I get error 5 when on running the below command while logged on to the actual server.  If I try it from a remote computer pointing at the 2008 server I get error 123.  Here is the command
rmtshare \\servername\"share"="e:\share" /GRANT domain\Everyone :F
I tried enabling all Remote administration and file and printer sharing rules on the firewall and also disabled the firewall.  I have also granted my admin account full control to the specific folder.  I think this is a permission issue but I am not familiar where to go with 2008 elevate remote sharing or this utility.
