Simple IP Tables Question

I have Fedora 11 installed.  What commands do you use to set the INPUT, OUTPUT, and FORWARD chains in iptables to ACCEPT?

/sbin/iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT
/sbin/iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
/sbin/iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT

You could also edit the /etc/sysconfig/iptables file and restart iptables service:
/etc/init.d/iptables restart
