This is using Merak mail server. My management is thinking migrate to MS Exchange 2007. One of the compelling challenge is, Calender. Users are using it very exclusively.

Does it compatible? How to do the migration? Any things that I have to take note?

Hi Balack,

Have a look at the following forum

Hi Balack,
Here's how to do it:
1. Have each user export their e-mail to a .PST (a.k.a pesonal storage file) using Outlook.
2. Create an active directory environment and create new user accounts for each user. Also create an Exchange mailbox for each user.
3. Create an Outlook profile for each new Exchange mailbox. Attach the .PST with the old mail to the Outlook profile and import data. Note that you can also import data en-mass from .PSTs using the import-mailbox command in Exchange 2007.
To add to my previous post, exporting to a .PST does allow calendar data to be exported and imported to Exchange 2007.
