How to transfer "stationery" (templated email forms) from Lotus Notes 6.5 to Outlook 2003

Going from Lotus Notes to Outlook using Exchange

Some staff use the stationery feature in Lotus Notes for form-type info (e.g., WHEN we have new staff starting, they send a form to Help Desk with info:

NAME

DEPT

TITLE:

START DATE:

TRAINING NEEDED

ETC

____________

Soon they will all move over to Outlook 2003.  I was already migrated over and although I don't recall using the stationery feature in LN, I see I now have a folder at the top of my folder structure called: (Stationery)

Does that mean that if staff used the stationery feature in Lotus Notes that these templates will migrate over to the folder called (Stationery)?  Yes, the folder called stationery appearss in brackets, I suppose to knock it up to the top of the folder structure

As a workaround, I suggested they save a copy of each template they want to preserve in a folder that they gave a unique name to in Lotus Notes but perhaps it won't be necessary??  CAn anyone confirm or offer more info on stationery?

thanks

PS Stationery in LN is not to be confused with stationery in Outlook where background can be changed in colourful ways
