One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered by user of an alternate copy

I get this error message everytime I start Windows XP:

"One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered by user of an alternate copy"

It is more of an annoyance more than anything else as I just click OK and it disappears but I really would like to get to the bottom of it.

I have checked the knowledge base and also followed the instructions in this forum post but it didn't work for me:

1-Firstly, I'd recommend backing up your data.

2-Check the hardware: Ram and Hard drive tests included in this cd

3-If those tests pass then try a repair installation
