NetExtender client address range appears exhausted

We use a SonicWall SSL-VPN 200 device for VPN access to our LAN. A user had difficulties login in today. In the error logs on the VPN device, there were error messages saying "NetExtender client address range appears exhausted" posted against that user, for each time he had attempted to login. We have only six VPN users, and my DHCP scope contains 15 IP addresses. four people were logged in at the time of these error messages, so there's no way the IP addresses could have been exhausted. What could be the problem?

This was issue listed with SSL 2000 devices and resolved in version 3.0.0.2:
http://www.sonicwall.com/downloads/SonicWALL_SSL_VPN_3.0.0.2_Release_Notes.pdf

It might be same case with SSL 200; please try upgrading to latest version if not already so.

Also, rebooting the device would help for sure as the process would get restarted.

Thank you.

The version on my SSL-VPN 200 device is SonicOS SSL-VPN 3.5.0.2-7sv. The problem has not occurred since I rebooted the device yesterday.

Hmmm it looks like that the process had crashed causing the behavior; reboot solved it! :)

Please keep monitoring and update if you see issue again.

Thank you.
