We use a SonicWall SSL-VPN 200 device for VPN access to our LAN. A user had difficulties login in today. In the error logs on the VPN device, there were error messages saying "NetExtender client address range appears exhausted" posted against that user, for each time he had attempted to login. We have only six VPN users, and my DHCP scope contains 15 IP addresses. four people were logged in at the time of these error messages, so there's no way the IP addresses could have been exhausted. What could be the problem?
